Severe Weather Warning

People have been bundled up in Battambang, Cambodia since yesterday morning. We’ve been sleeping in pajamas and thick blankets, and during the day, we’re wearing jeans, long sleeves, and scarves. We even waited to take our showers until the middle of the day when it was warmer.

So just how cold is it? Seventy five degrees Fahrenheit. Yeah.
